Important Notes

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you own the rights to reproduce the artwork.
  • Uploaded files should be print-ready. Minor color variations may occur due to differences between monitors, lighting conditions, and paper types.
  • Because these are custom prints, all sales are final unless there is a printing defect.

How does it work ---

  • 1. Upload your file

    To ensure the best possible results, please review these guidelines before submitting your file:

    • Preferred formats: TIFF or high-quality JPEG
    • Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size recommended
    • Color space: Adobe RGB or sRGB
    • Files should be sized and cropped exactly as you want them printed

    If your file requires resizing, cropping, or color correction, please contact us before ordering.

  • 2. Choose paper and size

    We have several papers from which to choose, including: Canon Platinum Pro, Premium Metallic, and Canvas

  • 3. We print and ship your artwork

    We can usually fulfill an order within 5 business days. Depending on the size of your artwork, we will ship either flat or in a protective tube.
